Websites change often and computers "remember"
what the pages look like from the last time we log in. 
This saves time loading images but often hides latest changes. 

To make sure you're seeing the latest information

hold down the CTRL key and at the same time click refresh. 

Refresh on AOL is a clockwise arrow on the top tool bar. 

Most other browsers have an icon or a menu choice

for refresh, often a C near the upper portion of the page. 

This will update the screen even if it's changed since you logged on.
